   5. Runs the Crusher often to prevent bulid up. 1x a day

      1. Casual Level (2) to cut up blocks for easy recycling 
          

2) Stop the line (LEAN)

1. Any employee can 'Stop the Line' for production issues. 
2. Management will address the issue 
   1. All the way to the top 
3. Line will not restart until a plan has been in plan 
    

3) Standards and Process Score Keeper

3. Coach If needed on Pros and Cons
